Shipping Times:
We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Estimated shipping times are based on information provided by suppliers and freight companies and are subject to change without notice due to factors such as supply chain disruptions, delays in raw material production, and increased shipping demands. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times. 

Built-to-Order Items

Products marked “Built-to-Order” have an estimated lead time of ~ 5 weeks from production start.
We will confirm this lead time before charging your payment.
If the lead time doesn’t meet your needs and production hasn’t started, we will cancel the authorization.
Once production begins, cancellations are not possible, and your card will be charged.


Order Processing & Shipment

If your item is in stock and payment is processed, it will ship within 3–5 business days.
Tracking details will be emailed to you within 24 hours of shipment.
If you haven’t received a tracking number after six business days, please get in touch with us at support@titanattachmentpro.com.
Orders are shipped according to each manufacturer’s schedule, packaging standards, and carrier preferences.


Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship outside the USA.
If checkout is available at your address within the U.S., your order will be fulfilled.


Estimated Delivery Times

Most orders ship within 3–5 business days after payment is received.
Transit usually takes 6–18 business days.
Total delivery time: 8–23 business days from order date.
Delivery times may vary based on brand, location, or product status (e.g., built-to-order).

Times are estimates only and not guaranteed — supply chain issues, raw material shortages, seasonal demand, or carrier delays may affect delivery.

Star Industries: Ships within 3–5 business days; transit time is 6-15 business days. (Estimated Delivery: 9-20 business days)
Stinger Attachments: Ships within 3–5 business days; transit time is 6-20 business days. (Estimated Delivery: 9-25 business days)


Shipping Method

Standard Curb-Side Delivery is free of charge.
Transit time is typically 5–15 business days after shipment.


Lost or Damaged Items

Inspection at Delivery:

Always inspect items before signing the delivery receipt.
Note any damage clearly on the receipt.
Refuse the shipment if damage is visible and contact us immediately.

If you receive a damaged item:

Mark “damaged” on the delivery receipt.
Contact us within 24 hours at support@titanattachmentpro.com
Include photos of the damage, packaging, and SKU label.
We’ll assist with the freight claim process.
If damage is confirmed, we’ll ship a replacement at no cost.

If you believe your order is lost:
Notify us promptly.
If the carrier confirms loss, we’ll ship a replacement at no cost.

General Return Policy

Not all orders are eligible for return after shipment has been made. We source products directly from manufacturers, and if a manufacturer does not allow returns, we cannot accept them. This will be stated on the product page.

Eligible returns:

Requested within 30 days of the order’s shipping date.
Item is unused, unmodified, in original or approved packaging.
Shows no signs of installation, hydraulic connection, or wear.

Non-returnable items:

Clearance items marked Closeout, Clearance, Demo, Used, or Prototype (sold “as is”)
Sale items
Gift cards

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless otherwise specified in writing before purchase.
Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 15% may be applied to eligible returns, unless otherwise specified in writing before purchase.


Special Return Policy – Stinger Attachments

Returns must be initiated within 10 days of receipt of the product by the buyer.
Items must be new, unused, in original/approved packaging, and free of any signs of use or modification.
Buyer is responsible for all freight costs.
Returns received after 10 days or not in new condition will not be accepted unless covered under warranty.


Unauthorized Returns

All returns must be pre-authorized. Unauthorized returns may be rejected and returned to the buyer at their expense. If return shipping is not possible, the item will be held for up to three (3) business days at no cost. After this period, reasonable storage fees may apply. Items not claimed within thirty (30) days will be considered abandoned.


Refund Process

Refunds for eligible returns are issued within ten (10) business days after inspection. In some cases, confirmation from the manufacturer may be required before a refund can be processed. Titan Attachment Pro will manage this process on your behalf to ensure timely resolution. The time for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.


Exchanges

Requests must be submitted within 30 days of the shipment date.
Buyer pays shipping both ways.
Exchanges require prior approval. In some cases, manufacturer approval may also be required.
