Titan Attachment Pro – Shipping & Delivery Policy
Order Confirmation
Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email indicating that we have received your order and pre-authorized your credit card.
We will then contact our suppliers to confirm product availability.
If your item is on backorder or unavailable: We will void the pre-authorization and notify you via email.
If your item is available for shipment within 5 business days: We will process your payment and submit the order for shipment.
Orders are processed, packaged, and shipped according to the manufacturer’s shipping schedule, packaging requirements, and carrier preferences. Lead times may change without notice.

Built-to-Order Items
Products marked “Built-to-Order” have an estimated lead time of approximately 5 weeks from the start of production.
We will confirm this lead time before processing your payment.
If the lead time does not meet your expectations and production has not started, we will cancel the authorization and void the purchase.
Once manufacturing has started, cancellations are not possible and your card will be charged.
Order Shipment
If your item is in stock and payment has been processed, it will ship within 3–5 business days. Tracking details will be sent within 24 hours of shipment to the email address provided at checkout.
If you do not receive tracking details within 6 business days, contact us at support@titanattachmentpro.com.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship outside the USA.
If our website allows checkout to your address, your order will be fulfilled.
Estimated Shipping Times
Most orders ship within 3–5 business days after payment.
Delivery generally takes 6–18 business days after shipment.
Total estimated delivery time: 8–23 business days from the order date.
Times may vary based on brand, location, or made-to-order status.
These estimates are based on supplier and carrier projections and may change due to supply chain delays, raw material shortages, seasonal shipping demand, or port congestion.

Shipping Method
Our standard Curb-Side Delivery is free of charge and typically takes 5–15 business days in transit after shipment.
Lost or Damaged Items
Upon delivery, customers must inspect items before signing the delivery receipt.
Failure to report damage within the specified timeframes may limit our ability to assist with a replacement or refund.
If visible damage is present:
Note the damage clearly on the delivery receipt.
Refuse the shipment and contact us immediately.
If you receive a damaged item:
Note “damaged” on the delivery receipt before signing.
Contact us within 24 hours at support@titanattachmentpro.com with photos of the damage, packaging, and SKU label.
Titan Attachment Pro will assist with the freight claim process. If damage is confirmed, we will ship a replacement at no cost.
If you believe your order is lost:
Notify us promptly.
If the carrier confirms loss, we will ship a replacement at no cost.
