Order Confirmation
After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Your credit card will be pre-authorized for the order amount while we verify product availability with our manufacturers and suppliers. If an item is unavailable or backordered, the pre-authorization will be voided, and you will be notified by email.
Built-to-Order Items
Products labeled “Built-to-Order” have an estimated lead time of approximately five weeks from the start of production. We will confirm this estimated lead time with you before your payment is processed. If the quoted lead time does not meet your needs and production has not begun, we will cancel the authorization. Once production has started, cancellations are not possible, and your card will be charged.
Order Processing & Shipment
If your item is in stock and payment has been processed, it will typically ship within 3–5 business days. Tracking information is emailed within 24 hours of shipment. If six business days have passed without receiving tracking, contact us at support@titanattachmentpro.com.
Orders are shipped according to each manufacturer’s freight schedule, packaging standards, and preferred carriers.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within the United States only. If checkout is available at your U.S. address, your order can be fulfilled.
Estimated Delivery Times
Most stocked orders ship within 3–5 business days after payment is received.
Transit times vary by manufacturer and typically range from 6–25 business days.
Estimated total delivery timeframe: 8–23+ business days, depending on brand, shipping location, and product status (stocked vs. built-to-order).
Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by freight congestion, seasonal demand, supply chain limitations, raw-material delays, or carrier disruptions. Titan Attachment Pro is not responsible for delays outside our control.
Liability Limitations for Delays
Titan Attachment Pro is not responsible for delays caused by freight carriers, weather conditions, labor shortages, supply chain disruptions, raw-material shortages, seasonal demand spikes, manufacturer production delays, incorrect customer information, or any circumstances outside our direct control.
All published lead times, transit windows, and delivery estimates are approximations provided for planning purposes only and are not guaranteed.
Brand-Specific Shipping Times
Star Industries: Ships in 3–5 business days; transit usually 6–15 business days (estimated delivery 9–20 business days).
Stinger Attachments: Ships in 3–5 business days; transit usually 6–20 business days (estimated delivery 9–25 business days).
Shipping Method
Standard curb-side delivery is included at no additional charge. Deliveries occur at the curb or closest accessible point to the carrier’s truck.

Freight Delivery Requirements
Freight carriers do not provide inside delivery or placement services. Unless liftgate service is specifically requested and is included for your shipment, customers must have equipment (forks, loader, tractor, skid steer, etc.) to unload heavy freight.
Some oversized, overweight, or irregular freight may not qualify for liftgate service at all. Additional freight charges may apply for remote or rural locations, limited-access sites, or deliveries requiring special handling.
Free Shipping Limitations
Standard curbside delivery is free; however, remote areas, non-commercial addresses, oversized freight, and special delivery conditions may require additional fees.
Signature & On-Site Requirements
An adult must be present at the delivery address to inspect the shipment and sign for it. Signing the delivery receipt confirms the condition of the shipment at the time of delivery.
Multiple Shipments
Items may ship separately from different manufacturers. Each shipment will have its own tracking number.
Lost or Damaged Freight
Inspection at Delivery
Inspect all items before signing the delivery receipt. Any visible damage must be clearly noted on the receipt. If significant damage is present, refuse the shipment and contact us immediately.
If You Receive Damaged Freight
If damage is discovered upon arrival:
• Mark “DAMAGED” on the delivery receipt
• Contact us within 24 hours at support@titanattachmentpro.com
• Include photos of the damaged item, packaging, and SKU label
We will assist with the freight claim. If damage is confirmed, a replacement will be shipped at no cost. Claims reported outside the 24-hour window may be denied by the carrier.
If You Believe Your Order Is Lost
Notify us promptly. If the carrier confirms the shipment is lost, a replacement will be issued at no cost.
Failed or Missed Deliveries
Carriers may assess fees for missed appointments, re-deliveries, storage, or address corrections. Customers are responsible for costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
Customer Responsibility for Address Accuracy
Customers must provide accurate shipping details at checkout. Incorrect information may result in re-routing, re-delivery, or administrative fees billed by the carrier.
Transfer of Risk
Responsibility for the product transfers to the customer once the shipment is accepted by the carrier for delivery. This is standard freight practice nationwide.
