Eligible returns:
Requested within 30 days of the order's shipping date.
Item is unused, unmodified, in original or approved packaging.
Shows no signs of installation, hydraulic connection, or wear.
Non-returnable items:
Clearance items marked Closeout, Clearance, Demo, Used, or Prototype (sold "as is")

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless specified in writing before purchase.
Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 15% will be applied to eligible returns, unless otherwise specified in writing before purchase.
Special Return Policy – Stinger Attachments
Returns must be initiated within 10 days of receipt of the product by the buyer.
Items must be new, unused, in original/approved packaging, and free of any signs of use or modification.
Buyer is responsible for all freight costs.
Returns received after 10 days or not in new condition will not be accepted unless covered under warranty.
Unauthorized Returns
All returns must be pre-authorized. Unauthorized returns may be rejected and returned to the buyer at their expense. If return shipping is not possible, the item will be held for up to three (3) business days at no cost. After this period, reasonable storage fees may apply. Items not claimed within thirty (30) days will be considered abandoned.
Refund Process
Refunds for eligible returns are issued within ten (10) business days after inspection. In some cases, confirmation from the manufacturer may be required before a refund can be processed. Titan Attachment Pro will manage this process on your behalf to ensure timely resolution. The time for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
Exchanges
Requests must be submitted within 30 days of the shipment date.
Buyer pays shipping both ways.
Exchanges require prior approval. In some cases, manufacturer approval may also be required.
