At Titan Attachment Pro, we pride ourselves on offering one of the most transparent return policies in the industry. You can cancel your order any time before it ships, completely free of charge (exceptions apply for custom or made-to-order items, see below).

Cancellations (Before Order Ships)
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible so we can refund you in full before your order leaves the warehouse.

Cancellations of Custom Orders
Custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded, as these items are built specifically for your order.
These units are custom-built to your specifications and enter production immediately after the order is placed. Your warranty guarantees a fully functional and operational product.
If you're unsure whether your order is custom or made-to-order, contact us before purchasing.
All sales are final for custom and made-to-order products.
Refunds and Returns
If you need to exchange a product, you may do so. You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges.
Transaction fees will also be deducted from your refund. These vary by payment method:

Standard credit/debit cards: ~2.9% + $0.30

Financing services: ~5.99% + $0.30
Not all products are eligible for return once they’ve shipped. Since we work directly with manufacturers, we must honor their return policies. Please contact us for return eligibility specific to your brand or product.
All outright returns are subject to:

If you're replacing the product with another item, we may help offset some of these costs depending on the product.
You may only return items that are unopened, unused, and in original condition. You are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs.
Return eligibility varies case by case depending on the brand. Please reach out for clarification before initiating a return.
Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. However, this general return window may be superseded by brand-specific return terms listed on individual product pages.
Refund processing time: 3–10 business days.

Exchange Terms – Please Read
By purchasing from Titan Attachment Pro, you agree to the following:

I will inspect the package upon delivery and notify support@titanattachmentpro.com within 24 hours of any visible damage, including photos.

I understand I am responsible for return and replacement shipping unless the item is defective.

Returned items must be unopened and unused. Restocking fees may apply.

If my order has shipped, I will not receive a full refund.

I am responsible for return shipping + ~20% restocking fee for returns after shipping.

Shipping times are not guaranteed and may change.

I will not file a chargeback due to shipping delays outside Titan Attachment Pro’s control.
Damages
You are responsible for inspecting your delivery for any damage or defects. You must notify us within 5 business days of receiving your item.
No exceptions.

Do not use the item before the issue is resolved.

You’ll have 3 business days to accept or reject our resolution.

Keep all packaging in case the carrier needs to inspect it.
If you fail to report damages within 5 business days:

No refunds, replacements, or discounts will be provided.

Replacement parts may be available for purchase.
Some products may arrive with light residue from manufacturing. We are not responsible for cosmetic cleaning or adjustments.
Warranty
Warranty policies vary by manufacturer. Please check individual product pages for specific warranty coverage.
Note: Warranties do not apply to shipping damage that was not reported within 30 days.
Returns
By default, customers are responsible for:

Any reconsignment or rerouting fees due to customer error

BOGO Promotions
If your order includes a Buy-One-Get-One promotion:

Both items must be returned for a full refund

If only one item is returned, you may receive store credit for the returned item’s standalone price
